Returns & Exchange Policy

All of our products are made to the highest standards and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

Returns

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost to return goods, we advice customers use a currier that insures them for the full value of the goods as Freedom can not take responsibility for any goods that are lost during the returns process without proof of delivery. Alternatively you can manually return good to our store, the address is stated below.

We will refund you the total cost of the goods once they are returned. Please note that this will not include the carriage unless previously agreed by a member of our customers services team. please return to:

We will refund you for the item or items you have returned once we receive them, please note this can take up to 30 working days to process.

Made to Order and Made to Measure Products

Please note Made to Order and Made to Measure products cannot be returned as these have been especially made for you. However if any item that is deemed faulty if purchased within the past 12 months will be replaced.


Faulty Goods
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our designs and will be happy to assess any item that is deemed faulty if purchased directly from roomten “freedom” online within the past 12 months. In the case of faulty goods we will refund the full amount paid by you.

Returns Terms and Guidelines
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging.

We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged and are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

If returning an item from outside the EU, please use the ‘RETURNED GOODS’ label provided or write this on the parcel, to avoid any customs charges.

Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed.
