Any products made to order cannot be returned as these have been especially made for you. However, on standard products we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 10 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition. It also allows us to cut down on waste, making your garments more environmentally friendly. Made to order products take about 3-4 weeks to make. Simply select the made to order option on the size selection and at the check out leave a comment with desired size and jacket/sleeve length. Please note, all made to order garments cannot be return unless they arrive faulty.
